Brief Bio

Dr. V. V. Tyagi is an assistant professor in School of Energy Management at the Shri Mata Vashini Devi University. He is actively working in the research area of thermal energy storage systems and applications, energy policy, solar energy based applications (e.g., photovoltaic and thermal system). He completed his Ph.D. from the School of Energy & Environment Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Further, he worked as a post-doctorate fellow at various international institutes: UMPEDAC - University of Malaya, CES I.I.T Delhi, National Institute of Solar Energy India, and Kun Shan University Taiwan with CSIR, MNRE and University of Malaya Fellowship Programme. He has published more than 40 research papers in peer reviewed SCI international journals and conferences with more than 2750 citations and 16 H Index and 18 i10 index in his credit. Dr. Tyagi has been supervised five M. Tech thesis for energy management and has collaborative work with NISE, SSS NIRE, and UMPEDAC - University of Malaya for solar photovoltaic/thermal system and policy and regulatory issues.
