Brief Bio

Dr Fabio has been performing building science research for the past 25 years, trained many professionals and held conferences, seminars and invited talks. Moreover he assisted various industrial companies in the development of innovative materials, components and concepts. His research activities have been focused in energy efficiency, healthy, durable and sustainable building design, lighting and acoustics, hygro-thermal performance of envelopes, energy performances of components (e.g. windows), environmental control for indoor quality and conservation of cultural heritage. In this context he was involved in national and international research programs and is author of more than 200 scientific papers.
